Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Payment: Orders with pending payment can be cancelled at any time with no charges.
  • After Payment, Before Work Starts: Full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • After Work Has Started: Cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed. The refundable amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.

2. Cancellation Timeline

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for micro services (under INR 5,000) and within 14 days for package services. After these timelines, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, email support@sparktrixsolutions.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Cancellation confirmation will be sent within 2 business days.

4. Cancellation by Company

Sparktrix Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order if: the requested service involves prohibited or illegal activities, the client provides false information, or payment verification fails. In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

5. Delivery Policy

All services are digital and delivered electronically via email, file sharing, or direct deployment to the client server. There are no physical shipments. Typical delivery timelines: Micro Services: 1-5 business days. Basic Package: 7-14 business days. Standard Package: 14-21 business days. Premium Package: 21-45 business days. Exact timelines are confirmed at order placement.
