You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for micro services (under INR 5,000) and within 14 days for package services. After these timelines, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To cancel an order, email support@sparktrixsolutions.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Cancellation confirmation will be sent within 2 business days.
Sparktrix Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order if: the requested service involves prohibited or illegal activities, the client provides false information, or payment verification fails. In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
All services are digital and delivered electronically via email, file sharing, or direct deployment to the client server. There are no physical shipments. Typical delivery timelines: Micro Services: 1-5 business days. Basic Package: 7-14 business days. Standard Package: 14-21 business days. Premium Package: 21-45 business days. Exact timelines are confirmed at order placement.
