Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Sparktrix Solutions Private Limited provides refunds under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if requested before any work has commenced on the project.
  • Partial Completion: Proportional refund based on work not yet completed, at the Company discretion.
  • Service Not Delivered: Full refund if the Company fails to deliver the agreed service within the communicated timeline (excluding delays caused by the client).
  • Micro Services: Refund available within 48 hours of purchase if no work has been started.

2. Refund Timelines

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account used for payment).

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Consultation calls that have already been conducted.
  • Custom work that has been completed per agreed specifications.
  • Third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, licenses).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@sparktrixsolutions.com with your Order ID and reason for the refund. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
