Sparktrix Solutions provides IT services including but not limited to: custom software development, web application development, software design, IT consultancy, API integration, and various micro services. All services are digital in nature and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%. The final payable amount including GST is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Payment is accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). Payment must be completed to confirm your order.
Service delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project. Estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Digital services are typically delivered within 3 to 30 business days depending on complexity. We do not ship physical products.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverable code and designs created specifically for their project. Pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and tools used remain the property of their respective owners.
Clients must provide necessary content, access credentials, and timely feedback for project completion. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines without liability to the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Our services shall not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We do not provide services for prohibited items including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery, adult content, or tobacco/alcohol without proper licensing.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
